Types of Parking

  • Monthly parking

    • Covered - Good for daily parking during business hours

    • Gated - Gated ground floor parking which is locked in the evening hours

    • Roof  - Non-covered, gated parking which is locked as well in the evening

  • Hourly/Daily parking

    • Current rates are posted here and at the garage

  • Validated parking

    • Inquire if your downtown business validates parking

Hours of Operation

  • Parking hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding holidays

  • Garage attendants are on site to assist customers and

    • issue monthly parking permits

    • watch for potential problems

    • enforce parking policies

General Parking

  • Lock your doors, close your windows and remove valuables from your vehicle

  • Customers assume all responsibility for their vehicle and its contents. Everpark Garage does not guard or assume care of vehicles or contents and is not responsible for any damage or loss to vehicle or its contents.

  • Customers agree to report any damage caused by, or to his/her vehicle to Everpark Garage prior to exiting the premises

  • Vehicles with excessive fluid (oil, antifreeze, etc.) leakage will not be allowed to park and may be assessed a clean-up fee

  • Failure to properly display valid license plate, or misuse of parking spaces may subject your vehicle to citation

  • Vehicles are subject to the enforcement of any and all Washington Vehicle Codes and City of Everett Municipal Codes while parked

  • Customer agrees to abide by all posted signage

  • Soliciting and/or leaving materials on vehicles is prohibited

Monthly Parking

  • Monthly parking can be purchased at the booth or through the administration office

    • Booth: stop to purchase monthly dash parking pass and pay via cash, check or credit card

    • Administrative Office: receive an annual window cling parking permit and pay the invoice, emailed monthly, via check to the administrative office

  • Valid parking permit must be displayed at all times including upon entering Everpark Garage

  • Parking permit must be purchased by the 1st of the month

  • $10 late fee assessed on vehicles displaying an invalid permit

  • Monthly parking permits may be purchased starting on the 15th of the previous month

  • Permits are sold on a first come, first served basis 

  • Parking in the gated areas are on a manager approved basis

    • A separate access card will be issued with a deposit of $25 which is refundable upon return of the access card

  • Patrons must park in the area or level authorized by his/her agreement

  • A parking pass/window cling authorizes the patron to park one (1) automobile in an available space, subject to posted restrictions and restrictions contained herein and at the sole risk of the patron

  • Parking passes are non-transferable and are valid only for the vehicle(s) to which it was issued; any vehicle that fails to display a pass or uses a pass that was not issued specifically to that vehicle will be considered fraudulent use and is subject to towing and/or other administrative actions

  • Everpark Garage reserves the right to confiscate all parking devices if abuse is found

  • Individuals need to return access card(s) and parking permit(s) upon discontinuance of parking

  • A parking agreement must be completed

    • Customers are required to provide the following information to be placed on file at the administrative office: vehicle make, model, color and license plate number

  • The parking agreement may include additional terms and conditions

  • Everpark reserves the right to close/block exits and entrances at any time to accommodate large crowds and provide a safe atmosphere for garage customers and pedestrians

  • Everpark reserves the right to relocate permit holders as needed

  • Storage of a vehicle in the facility is prohibited

  • Maximum vehicle height is 7’
